StyleVista's name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of StyleVista or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

4.4 User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting any content to the Site ("User Content"), you grant StyleVista a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the User Content you post
• The User Content does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party
• The User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our Services during the twelve (12) months preceding your claim.

StyleVista does not warrant that:

• The Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Services will meet your requirements

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StyleVista and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in London, United Kingdom, in the English language.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of that party's intellectual property rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and StyleVista concerning the Services.

12.2 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.
